The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with key business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is able to roll up their sleeves to support a lean, but mighty team and should have a proven track record managing account-based marketing campaigns while working cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

**About the Role**

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with key business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is able to roll up their sleeves to support a lean, but mighty team and should have a proven track record managing account-based marketing campaigns while working cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Planning & Execution**

+ Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align to company goals and drive measurable outcomes.

+ Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and print.

+ Partner with product marketing teams to shape campaign messaging and positioning that differentiate Skyhigh Securitys solutions and address key market needs.

+ Take an account-based approach identifying and building target segments; aligning to Skyhighs ICP and target personas.

**Campaign Management & Optimization**

+ Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution to analysis and reporting.

+ Distill complex messaging from product marketing and leverage across multiple channels while enabling sales teams.

+ Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements.

+ Research and conduct analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities to drive revenue.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

+ Work closely with Sales and Sales Leadership to manage, track, and report on pipeline and bookings targets for campaigns.

+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

**About You**

+ 5 8+ years of experience in B2B Integrated Marketing, Campaign Management, or Account-Based Marketing, preferably with experience in the security or networking industry.

+ Exceptional communication skills and past experience working closely with Sales Teams and Sales Leadership to ensure go-to-market alignment.

+ Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo), Salesforce, 6sense (or similar ABM platforms), Asana, and analytics solutions (e.g. Looker or Tableau).

+ Curiosity to learn, translate, and deliver security and networking specific content for greater consumption to key audiences.

+ Project management of campaign assets and activation with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
