**Shift: Monday-Friday** **8:00am-4:30pm**

**Pay: $18-22/hr Based on Experience in the Financial Industry and/or Call Center**

**This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH- must be able to commute to Marysville, OH**

**What skills are we looking for in a Customer Service Representative**

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment taking inbound calls from members

+ Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to policies, procedures and regulations

+ Be knowledgeable in understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests such as transactions, basic account maintenance and card related activities

+ Process loan applications

+ Assist members with Digital Banking Services

+ Have full knowledge of HFCUs products and services and the ability to offer products/services to members appropriately which contributes to the retention and building of financial relationships with our members

+ Utilizing strong customer service skills through both verbal and written communication
