Valley Vintage & Variety is a vibrant, curated shop in the heart of Lost River, WV, offering unique finds, vintage treasures, and one-of-a-kind gifts. Were looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Store Manager to join our team and help lead the next exciting chapter of our shops story.

What Youll Do:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure a welcoming, engaging customer experience
Merchandise inventory and create attractive, seasonal displays
Manage in-store and online inventory systems
Build and manage our online store (experience with platforms like Etsy, Shopify, or Square is a plus)
Run social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) to promote products and engage our community
Handle transactions, open/close the store, and maintain store cleanliness and organization

Youre a Great Fit If You:
Have retail or customer service experience (bonus points for vintage or boutique experience!)
Are comfortable with basic technology (point of sale systems, social media apps, e-commerce platforms)
Have an eye for style, design, and storytelling through merchandising
Are self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Enjoy interacting with customers and making people feel at home

Schedule & Compensation:
This is a Thursday through Sunday position
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Opportunity for additional hours and creative input during peak seasons and events
