Location: 60% Travel Within Territory, 40% Home Office Pay: $75,000-$90,000/year The Division Manager will manage and lead a geographic division and is accountable for delivery, execution, and the entire team including various levels of management, dedicated administrative support, and field representatives. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with the National Manager and delivery departments and meeting regularly with field management to train on leadership skills, and training techniques, and assist with any field escalations.
