Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for implementing departmental policies, objectives, goals, and organizing officials and staff members.
  • In charge of coordinating businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales or distribution of products.
  • Monitor businesses and agencies to make sure services are provided within budgetary limits.
  • Lead the manufacturing functions in the plant on all shifts to ensure on-time production and shipment of conforming products and materials. Including: planning the production flow, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, handling staffing issues, and monitoring production orders and schedules.
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Determine margins and pricing strategies.
  • Report market activities by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.
  • Partner with the Controller to prepare and manage budgets, tracking revenue, sales, and operational costs to enhance profitability.
  • Develop a structured sales optimization plan with monthly performance goals and continuous adjustments to improve results.
  • Implement initiatives aligned with the annual optimization strategy, making proactive updates to drive ongoing success.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and recommend manufacturing techniques and machinery improvements.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure adherence to delivery timelines while recommending optimizations to enhance production efficiency.
  • Maintain strict quality control measures, ensuring regular inspections and discussions with production teams to uphold product standards.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or industry-related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant Safety goals in a continuous improvement process.

  • Proficient with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and use ERP systems.
