As a Financial Services Administrator , youll play a critical role in supporting the sales and finance processes for new and pre-owned vehicles. Youll work closely with our Sales and Management teams as well as our offsite virtual finance agents to ensure seamless customer transactionsfrom vehicle purchase to financing and delivery.

• Assist customers and sales staff with processing purchase, lease, and finance documents

• Support virtual finance agents by coordinating electronic document completion and communication

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle titling and registration paperwork

• Monitor funding of finance contracts within set timeframes

• Maintain compliance with dealership and lender requirements

• Collaborate with management to meet financial services sales goals

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase process

• Experience in automotive retail or finance preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Proficiency with dealership systems and tools (CDK, Darwin, Route One, Dealertrack a plus)

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

• Interest in advancing to a Finance Manager role
