Assistant Warehouse Manager Floor Covering

We seek an Asst. Manager for our Santa Rosa Branch. As part of the JW Management team, you will share responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the branch office. JW Floor Covering Inc. provides flooring installation services for the local community on behalf of our retail business partner, the #1 home improvement retailer in the nation. In this position, you will provide support for our customers, office staff, flooring installers & flooring contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dispatching installers in the morning
• Scheduling of jobs
• Checking-in jobs
• Warehouse upkeep
• Customer service
• Office tasks
• Field work

Requirements and skills:

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Forklift operating
• Ability to work in an office or in the field
• Skilled working on a computer and mobile technology
• Frequently sit, stand, bend, lift, walk
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Spanish speaker is a plus
