Hiring Aftersales Specialist to provide support for the US Sales Operations team specific to Aftersales Strategy. This role has multiple elements to it and requires coordination within Regions/Field Teams and Suppliers. The individual must have both strong communication and analytical/reporting skills.
Required Qualifications:
Communication is the largest part of this role!
Competency in Microsoft will help
Reporting experience
Be able to break hard news and have hard discussions.
Analytical Skills
Requirements:
2 -3 years automotive experience. (ANY auto experience works)
Bachelors degree strongly preferred - not required for the right experience
Day to day activities
This role will change every day, however, the normal day to day is management of dealer and field contacts.
Strong communication skill is very ideal here. Dealing with dealers will likely take up one third of the day.
Reports will take up another third and special projects will take up the final portion of this persons day.
Anything that has anything to do with service, parts, warranty, recalls, field issues, etc. all falls under this group
This team works very closely with the dealers, both regional and field organizations. And also works very closely with various GM organizations such as roadside, service engineering, innovations. This team is also attached to the CX teams.
Aftersales Dealer and Field Support:
Consultation/Resolution focused on Aftersales specific initiatives supporting non-Cadillac Field and 360 Multi-Point Cadillac Dealers
Facilitates and Presents Training with new Aftersales Field along with c HQ SME support
Aftersales Launch Readiness:
Updating the Regional Service Teams on TAC AC Cases, Shipments, Connected Services Deactivations and Summarizing New/Recent Changes
Continuous BFU Certification support (addition and removals) through GM Retail Support and GM Global Warranty
L246 Readiness:
Assisting in the Organization and Operationalizing of the CELESTIQ Technician Training and Engagement
Roadside, Mobile Services, and Pick Up & Delivery:
Support program needs of GM Program Teams, and Suppliers
Supports the program updates through Suppliers: Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, and Decals
Manages the Enrollment and Activation of Dealers new to the Program (Paperwork/Dealer Follow Up
