Customer Care Representative - Part Time

The Customer Care Representative primarily responsible for providing support to the Inbound Customer Care team to answer inbound customer calls to process orders, answer billing or invoice questions and triage customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound customer calls and provide support with order placement, invoice/billing assistance. Make product suggestions to customers according to their needs with the goal of increasing sales of specifics products/programs.

· Demonstrate knowledge of DecoPac products and services.

· Present information clearly to customers utilizing approved DecoPac marketing tools and resources.

· Utilize the CRM system to accurately record all customer activities.

· Process orders and product requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Exhibit and maintain high standards of customer service.

· Report any food safety concerns to Manager for resolution.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 1 year experience in a customer support or call center environment. Inside or outside sales experience strongly preferred.

· CRM experience preferred.

· Ability to self-motivate and work independently but also able to collaborate and work well within cross-functional teams.

· Must have excellent computer knowledge and display high aptitude for understanding and utilizing technology within business.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus!

· Strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills

· Decision making skills

· Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.

· Must be able to collaborate well in a team environment.

· Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers, peers, and management.

· Attention to detail.
