The Role

As a Retail Sales Associate ,youll be the face of Rebel at Willowbend Mallengaging guests, sharing ourbrand story, and helping customers find the perfect gear that makes them lookand feel unstoppable.

This isnt just a sales jobitsa chance to make every shopper feel like they just found their fashionsoulmate.

What Youll Do

Engage With Passion
Greet customers like theyre your favorite celebrity. Discover what theyrelooking forand what they didnt know they needed.

Restock &Reimagine
Take inventory, organize merchandise, and help the space sparkle. Keep shelvesfull and floors flawless.

Advise & Assist
Help customers find the right fits, styles, and lookswhether theyre seasonedathletes or first-time Rebels.

Ring It Up Right
Operate the sales register with accuracy and a smile. Track receipts, managepayments, and update customer loyalty accounts.

Support the Sparkle
Assist with store visuals, displays, trade shows, and in-store events.

Team Up
Collaborate with your crew to create a seamless, standout customer experience.

Track the Win
Monitor sales, meet your goals, and help the team hit new milestones.

Keep It Clean
Tidy up, clear clutter, and make the store as fresh as the fashion we sell.

Who You Are

Previous retail or salesexperience (bonus if youve worked in apparel)
Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendlyyoure the kind of person people remember
Comfortable chatting with customers and guiding them through the store
Knowledge of the Rebel brand is a plusbut curiosityto learn is even better
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
Basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office, customer tracking tools)

Working Conditions

This is an active, on-your-feetrole that includes evenings, weekends, and peak retail hours. Must be able tolift boxes up to 30 lbs and maintain a clean, functional retail space.
