Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist / Supply Chain Coordinator Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, and data analysis to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Procurement & Vendor Relations: Work with suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery, and maintain cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key supply chain metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to drive process improvements.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, finance, and sales to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in working with projects and/or construction management
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., NetSuite or other ERP system).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or CPIM) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills or experience with data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

- Good vision for reading reports, analyzing data, and working on a computer. Ability to hear and communicate clearly in meetings, phone calls, or in warehouse settings with potential background noise.
- Occasional travel to vendor locations, warehouses, or other facilities may be required.
