Roles and responsibilities

Shop Operations

1. Conducting opening and closing operations
2. Cash Handling oversight and protocol
3. Assist with follow through on training plans
4. Lead by example
5. Hold employees accountable to company focuses and downtime cleaning checklists to remain busy during business hours
6. Ensure the team is in dresscode and ready to work
7. Paying attention to business flow and sending others home when it doesn't warrant more than one person on a shift
8. High capability of problem solving skills
9. Can work autonomously and follows through on all requirements and responsibilities on a shift
10. Communicates between shifts on items that occurred and where items were left for the opener/closer
11. Assist the Shop Manager + Director of Operations with communicating any repairs or items that need to be addressed for functionality.
12. Submits Inventory on Thursdays and Sundays to Ashley Gibson - Production Supervisor
13. Upholds and leads by example for company cleanliness standards
14. Organization of BOH and FOH items
15. Ensures all healthcode items are followed through on and addressed during shifts
16. Handles customer complaints by putting the customer first and making the situation right
17. Ensures that all employees on a shift are up to date on company communication and understand the direction and focus for the week
18. Uphold company standards with customer service - Customer is always first.
19. Takes pride in their work and presence within the company and is someone the Store Manager and Director of Operations can trust to make good decisions.
