What you will do
This position will be responsible for augmenting our Residential and Commercial sales efforts with the independent distribution national account, Winsupply. He/she will develop the strategy and implement the tactics to effectively manage and grow Ducted Systems relationship with Winsupply. You will also be the key liaison for sales channel input into the NPI process for Commercial and Residential products.
How you will do it
Facilitate Residential and Commercial sales growth working in conjunction with the Ducted Systems Regional Strategic Account Managers and associated staff.
Support account management philosophies throughout the regions and reinforce that potential customer are segmented as defined by account management and expansion.
Serve as a clearinghouse for Residential and Commercial product requirements and communicate those needs to the engineering groups for consideration in the NPI process.
Meet or exceed AOP as defined for Residential and Commercial sales, with a focus on Winsupply.
Produce accurate forecasts for existing and new business opportunities within Winsupply Residential and Commercial sales.
Drive account management principles and assess potential Winsupply local companies and expansion opportunities.
Maintain a farm system of the key and targeted expansion areas. Frequently rationalize the current key and targeted customer portfolio ensuring resources are focused on local companies with growth potential.
Proactively utilize Vendavo to manage and drive profitability within Ducted Systems and Winsupply local companies.
Manage and support Winsupply conversions from competitive brands, increase local companies share of wallet and growth.
Work with RVPs, Sales Managers and RAMs to drive Source 1 and Ductless within Winsupply.
Direct and manage the use and implementation of Salesforce Lightning by the RAMs through Call Plans and Coaching Sessions.
What we look for
Required
Bachelors Degree in a Business-related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years experience in the HVAC industry to include the Residential and Commercial segment and national accounts sales, with demonstrated year over year growth.
Understands the current business environment including competition, purchasing and business trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
Excellent team and project management skills.
