Must have High School Diploma, proven proficiency with computers, and ten (10) key-adding machines. Excellent guest and human relations skills. Must have excellent guest and human relations skills, able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays, work any day of the week and any shift, be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team, learn all phases of cage activity, and willing to participate in ongoing casino training, including but not limited to the industry-specific training. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions, when handling guest and employee conflicts. Refrains from in-house gossip and safeguards all Cage activities in a confidential manner
