Responsibilities

  • Process order entry, invoicing, and document scanning
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
  • Handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions
  • Manage pricing-related tasks:
    • Address existing price inquiries
    • Resolve discrepancies at order entry
    • Communicate price changes
    • Maintain customer pricing data files
  • Support inside sales by:
    • Sharing product specifications and product knowledge
    • Managing inbound customer calls and inquiries

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field

  • Proficiency in order processing systems and Microsoft Office
