As a member of the Marketing Team, the Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic direction and leading the implementation of marketing communications, promotions, and program development to meet customer needs and meet the objectives of retail business, and establishing control-related standards and procedures. Requirements We are looking for an individual with a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Merchandising, and a minimum of 7+ years of relevant and progressive experience and 3+ years in management. Strong understanding of retail, apparel merchandising, and sales, experience in influencing a diverse and creative group of individuals and leading change, and must have a track record in establishing procedures, implementing processes and executing initiatives. Working knowledge of trademarks and patent registration process is preferred, ability to work in a team environment and be flexible, must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Database, and PowerPoint, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work professionally with flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, success in managing CRM programs, brand initiative development, strong sense of urgency, highly collaborate excellent follow through skills, problem solver, good listener/a good student of feedback, demonstrate a proven effective formula for managing complex projects as well as ability to show how projects are managed and how results are communicated. You must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management within and outside of the organization. Travel is required.
