Ensures stores in Area consistently implement all corporate programs (Retail Portal), policies, procedures, initiatives, and strategies.Assists District Manager in evaluating and providing performance feedback (using adidas TLU language), seizing all coaching and training opportunities and facilitating a team environment to meet company objectives.Assists District Manager in actively monitoring staff levels across the Area, while creating effective succession, recruiting, hiring, and training plans to meet current or future business needs.Acts as a coaching liaison with Store Managers in respective Area for basic performance issues. Engages District Manager where formal performance documentation and/or progressive discipline is required for store management in the stores in their Area.
