Noteworthy candidates will have vast knowledge and experience in a high volume retail environment, a proven track record of success in selling, personnel management, marketing, and merchandising and a passion for Motorsports products. Duties include: ? Supervise daily activity of department?s personnel. ? Train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all department staff. ? Provide strong leadership to create a high performance environment. ? Ensure proper display of merchandise on the sales floor with presentation and display of goods in logical and attractive manner. ? Assist with various aspects of customer sales ? Ensure maximum customer satisfaction. ? Ensure proper inventory levels and mixes. ? Achieve department?s objectives in sales performance, profit contribution and profit and loss control by overseeing the operational aspects of the department. Position Requires: ? 5+ years advanced retail management experience including buying and negotiating. ? Knowledge of company products. ? Strong retail sales experience preferred. ? Automotive parts management experience preferred. ? Knowledge of ADP a plus. ? Ability to communicate with all levels of employees. ?
