Key Responsibilities:
As Purchasing Manager you will oversee all strategic sourcing with outside suppliers across all company departments and markets. You’ll be responsible for procuring supplies and capital expenditure items for use by the company, negotiating the best price based on specifications, pricing and service level, and maximizing store profitability through effective and efficient procurement process.
You’ll be responsible for vendor management (including vendor selection and pricing negotiations), budget management and reporting, and order fulfillment/delivery management. You’ll also lead in the selection and development of suppliers; negotiate business and pricing agreements; and participate in improvement activities and projects for Corporate Procurement.

Maintain and review contracts and agreements, including vendor and supplier accounts, equipment, leases and service contracts.
Manages the purchasing function for multiple markets and centers.
Develop request for proposal process and analysis; review and approve all responses
Develops a superior working relationship with all suppliers and key individuals within company.
Develop and implement metrics to measure success.
Prepares reports and required documents for finance and senior management team.
Key Required Qualifications:
5-10 Years purchasing experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred.
Experience in financial analysis with knowledge of cost modeling.
Negotiation skills and experience required.
Must be aggressive on behalf of the company and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
Must have Domestic and Overseas buying experience.
Must have very good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Excel and have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to work independently or collaboratively.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS office programs.
Ability to use diplomacy and tact to engage and motivate others
