Involved in the selection process from RFP stage through implementation.Keeps abreast of latest developments in business systems methods and tools by regularly attending appropriate meetings, demonstrations, seminars and workshops.Work on other projects as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.6 + years of prior project management experience and business analysis experience. Proven ability to manage and develop team. Retail experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to adapt to changing business needs. Strong follow up skills and problem solving ability a must.Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional leadership skills and presentation skills required.Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external partners. Must be able to work well with cross functional teams and be able to work effectively with all levels within an organization.Prior experience with Prince2 and PMP certification a plus.Strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle.Ability to travel as needed.
