Ensures that the final product meets the customer's expectations and requirements and is within budget of the scope of the contract.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:.Responsible for the development and execution of assigned projects..Acts as a liaison between VeriFone and the customer to ensure that the customer's requirements and expectations are met..Initiates project development cycle and monitors project progress to ensure that project is on time and within budget..Foster open and clear communications between other internal organizations to improve our customer value..Coordinates internal resources and monitors the progress to ensure that project is running smoothly..Coordinates and monitors activities of third party service providers if applicable to ensure the service procedures are followed and handled effectively..Implements methods and procedures for capturing costs and billing for each project..Escalates problems and follows up to ensure resolution..Conducts project status sessions, produces reports and briefings for management..Facilitate meetings as needed with external customers and internal staff to discuss current and outstanding account/project issues..Sr. Account/Project Manager may lead, train and/or provide direction to other Account/Project Managers..Travel as required..Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field activities or the equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years directly related experienceMicrosoft Project experience preferred.Skills/AbilityStrong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organizationProficiency with PCs and common software applicationsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentStrong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
