This is a consulting Project Manager opportunity for a 12 to 18 month global implementation of Epicore Enterprise Selling * starting in the America*s, then Asia and Europe. RESPONSIBILITIES* Develops project charter and guidelines* Responsible for deliverables including cost, schedule and quality.* Establishes cross functional and global teams for purposes of developing project requirements and project execution* Manages the team and their activities including team building and conflict resolution* Directs preparation of project communications including detailed accomplishments, risks, and status reports for submission Maintains project schedule and tracks progress against the schedule, design documentation, and functional and technical requirements * Provides oversight for all project deliverables ensuring that deliverables are on-time to the customer * Assists with resource planning and staff management and tracks allocation issues to the project schedule * Manages implementation of project control policies, tools, and procedures * Oversees contract compliance * Directs various financial and contracting functions, such as budgeting, invoicing, auditing, forecasting, and analysis QUALIFICATIONS* Strong implementation experience with Epicor (Apropos) Retail Enterprise Selling in a Project Management role* PMP Certification* Microsoft Project proficiency* Process Development Software* Leadership - Meeting Management, team leadership experience* Proven success at managing large scale projects* Global/ Cross Cultural experience* Proven experience with Change Management* Negotiations and Training experience* Technical ability in Excel and Access* Strong listening and interpersonal skills in a sensitive environment* BA or BS * Consumer Good Industry experience is highly preferredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, creed, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran status, and mental or physical disabilities.
