Job Title: WEE - CPM WEST EUS Project Manager Company: IBM Location: Bentonville, AR Description: Project Manager needed to support a large retail customer in Northwest Arkansas. This is an extremely demanding, highly visible, challenging customer environment with a strong focus on execution and results. The Help Desk Project Manager will be responsible for the ongoing operation and growth of a global service desk. They will be the driver of critical issues, incident management, reporting, adherence to SLO, timely communications and escalations, root cause analysis, performance, and process improvement and weekly statistical performance monitoring and reporting. Position includes managing client relationships to implement services solutions utilizing internal resources and client approved external suppliers. Employee will manage and lead meetings to resolve client issues and maintain active communication. Manage supplier relationships and execute IBM expectations. Candidate must posses the ability to formulate, coordinate and implement account strategies in a retail environment. Strong big-box retail experience in project management is highly desired. This position's location is Bentonville, Arkansas. No M & L, resources must live w/in reasonable driving/commute distance to Bentonville, Arkansas area.. Required * At least 3 years experience in Working with and Understanding the EUS SPL line of products. * At least 3 years experience in Knowledge of WWPMM * At least 3 years experience in Leading teams in a matrixed environment * At least 3 years experience in Retail Store Management environment * At least 2 years experience in Managing a program or portfolio * At least 3 years experience in Written and Verbal Communications including Presentation skills * At least 3 years experience in Forecasting, controlling costs, and meeting targets for revenue, profit and business growth * At least 3 years experience in Reviewing contractual responsibilities (SOWs) and ensuring Conditions of Satisfation * Certified in PMI * Readiness to travel up to 25%; travelling 2 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * Certified in IBM Project Management IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
