Visual Merchandiser     Job Summary: The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative product merchandise displays and walk through presentations that support the brand integrity for the retail Flagship Store, while incorporating visual fundamentals including standard fixturing and seasonal props into design concepts. This individual will also research props and trends though various sources such as catalogs and the internet, and report on research results.  To develop displays you will select materials, furniture, fixtures, layout, color and other design elements, this position also calls for minimal carpentry work to be done for display assembly. The successful candidate will deliver seasonal floor designs that meet budget guidelines and aggressive timelines. Specifically: Have the ability to help drive Flagship sales and provide exceptional guest service by utilizing ASAP selling techniques. Be prepared to adjust presentations rapidly incorporating products, props and marketing communication strategy as needed to secure final approval of seasonal store sets. Assist with special event visual set ups, create displays and decorative themes for special company events and other non – retail projects, executive office displays, and conference rooms as needed.
