Job Title: Merchandising Representative, Mason City, IA Company: ActionLink Location: Mason City, IA Description: ActionLink is seeking experienced merchandisers with solid planogram experience and a dedication to compliance and detail. We conduct merchandising visits to major electronics superstores and office supply stores as well as major discount store chains, working with display and planogram sets of electronics, speakers, printers, cameras, computers, and other products. Most store visits entail a minimum of 45 minutes up to 5 hrs.  Most of the year, our retail customers receive visits weekly, bi-weekly or monthly with the possibility of increased visits during major retail seasons. The majority of our merchandising representative positions require that our reps must be available to work Monday – Wednesday from 7:00AM to 11:00AM every week in order to satify our customers' guidelines. We also conduct one hour visits with select retailers to provide product knowledge to sales staff with the goal of helping to increase sales. We offer great hourly rates, car allowance per store, web reporting, and experienced District Managers to guide you to success! ActionLink general merchandisers must possess: Working knowledge of planogram basics and merchandising techniques Ability to use hand tools and assemble displays Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to climb stair type ladder Ability to lift up to 35-40 lbs Home PC with Internet access and printer (reporting is on-line) Reliable transportation Ability to complete work within ActionLink rotational time frames Ability to follow step by step instructions to set up end cap or in-line displays Ability to pass standard background check and in some instances drug testing A digital camera; due to customer requests that we submit photos, a digital camera and the ability to upload and attach images are required Knowledge of basic wiring is necessary. If you can set up a computer out of the box and get it running without assistance, you have an adequate level of basic wiring knowledge to be an ActionLink Merchandising Representative.  * We have immediate openings in the following cities Mason City, IA
