Job requirements: - 2-5 years of retail management experience. - 2+ years of visual merchandising experience. - Must have experience in mannequin styling. - Knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures. - Ability to follow and execute corporate visual merchandising standards - Knowledge of latest fashion trends and forecasting trends. Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate/VISUAL MERCHANDISER Company: Location: Lafayette, IN Description: Immediate Opening SEEKING ENERGETIC, HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE AN INTEREST IN FASHION! Job Description The job of a visual merchandiser requires creativity, imagination and a passion for fashion, being up to date with the latest trends. They are in charge of organizing the layout of our store and our clothing in order to facilitate the customer?s shopping experience. The VM makes the decisions on what items stay on the floor and what placement ensures the best sales. Responsiblities include but are not limited to: Visual Merchandiser position Setting up storefront windows Making sure POP and displays are set-up properly Ensuring that product is merchandised properly on tables and walls and racks Assisting with in-store promotional events to highlight our brands Working with store manager to ensure proper supply of merchandising accessories. As a Sales Associate you are expected to: Maintain client book Follow up with clients? requests Maintain the store Answer phone calls and handle messages Sell product, have product knowledge and offer customer service.
