Job Title: SR VISUAL DISPLAY COORDINATOR Company: Kohler Co. This person will have to ensure that both locations are at the correct inventory levels and ensure that the locations are always "customer ready" and are at a compelling visual and merchandising perspective. This person will have the responsibility of; inventory management, assisting sales staff with client floor plans, execution of floor plans, and work with store designers, maintains merchandise presentation, along with other challenging and exciting items. Ideal candidates will posses communication at a professional level that will be able to communicate well with customers and staff. They will also have to be able to communicate and execute their vision, to ensure that both locations are meeting the expectation of our customer. This position will report to the Store and Showroom Managers, along with frequent contact from all of Baker's staff, and strong partnership with the Maintenance staff. Candidates will need to posses at a minimum requirement a High School Diploma, previous home furnishing visual display experience, along with experience reading & notating of floor plans. One must have a strong skill level in Windows, with editing and attaching images. They will also have to have the ability to lift and carry medium to large items weighing up to 100 lbs, along with utilizing appropriate equipment. Job Title: Visual Display Manager Company: City Furniture Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Description: * Sales:  Maximize sales of all product categories, especially accessories, through optimal visual display of all company merchandise.  Works with Showroom Team to accomplish objectives.  Assists Sales Associates with product information and customers as needed, and assists in the setup of new showrooms.    * Showroom Product:  Reviews floor plan notes and reports.  Assists in planning movement of all display product.  Coordinates ordering of display product.  Implements product changes and merchandising.  Ensures timely completion of all documents related to display product movement.  Analyzes sales of products.    * Accessories: Manages receiving, unpacking and tagging of accessories. Distributes accessories and wall decor optimally throughout showroom display areas.    * Clearance/Discontinuations: Reviews clearance/discontinued reports.  Re–prices clearance accessory products.   Effectively displays clearance products.      * Inventory Control:  Prepares for inventory counts (including accessory counts).  Reviews inventory variances.  Assists to reconcile inventory variances.  Maintains accurate labels on all accessories.    * Auditing: Audits floor plan notes for completion.  Reviews displays for merchandising standards.  Reviews displays for correct product.      * Communication:  Works with Showroom Team and Display Support Associate to accomplish objectives.  Works with District Visual Display Manager on Showroom display.  Works with Merchandising Team on implementation of product introductions/changes.  Works with Sales Management regarding improvements to processes.    Qualifications Required:  * PC Proficient  Qualifications Preferred:  * Previous Visual Merchandising experience   Other:  * Travel from showroom to showroom required  * Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting
