You will be responsible for building a mutually beneficial relationship with our vendors while supplying them with information on our current shipment policies.Duties Include but not limited to:Provide a professional and timely response to all vendor questions regarding compliance discrepanciesResearch data to support compliance discrepanciesMaintain up to date knowledge of current Distribution Center and Direct to Store shipment protocolEnter key metric data into order entry system and compliance management system to maintain adherence to our SOPAnswer incoming calls, coordinating meetings, and manage department calenderComplete various ad-hoc project work or other administrative tasks as requested Ability to provide front end customer service in extremely professional mannerExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communications, both written and verbalProficiency with MS office including Word and ExcelAbility to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience with a Compliance Management System (CMS) a plus Ourideal candidates will be self motivated, team players, who have thedesire to succeed.  We care about our employees, have a supportiveenvironment that values trust and respect, offer a competitive wage andbenefits package that includes a generous paid time off plan, plus anassociate discount, and a company matched 401(k) to name a few. Burlington Coat Factory is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity. Come join our team.  You're going to like it here!
