We are looking for the right person to fill the position of Produce Manager for our store in Honolulu. This position is responsible for overseeing overall operations of the Produce Department. Duties include purchasing, merchandising, inventory controls, pricing, profitability, producing daily sales reports, store layout and design, and facility maintenance. Knowledge of Asian and local produce, ability to procure products through wholesalers, smaller vendors, and famers directly important. As we are a niche, specialty shop, ability to know what our customers want, need, and expect is equally critical.
